Ideally, book a safari the day after you arrive, so you have ample of time to relax.
Tarangire National Park

This park is unique in that it has plenty of trees and it is very well known for its abundance of elephants. Not to forget that there are plenty of other animals to see, including birdlife. Encounter lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, buffaloes, and much more. One day is enough to spend here.
Serengeti National Park
Admire the world-famous plains of the Serengeti while on your game drive. Catch the annual wildebeest migration, spot the king of the jungle, gazelles, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, etcetera. The beauty of Tanzanian safaris is that you get the ultimate bush experience. Have a picnic lunch in the wild, in the middle of nowhere! Spend a good two days or more here, because there is so much to see.
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater is a breath-taking place, boasting the magic of nature in every possible way. It is easier to spot and get close to animals here, since the crater is an enclosed space. Therefore, you might just spot the Big 5!
Lake Manyara
Lake Manyara offers clear blue water, gorgeous scenery, amazing wildlife.
Expect to see the blue ball monkeys, lots of birds, lions, hippos, baboons, the giraffe and much more.
Zanzibar
Once you return to Moshi from your safari, get on a flight from Kilimanjaro to Zanzibar for the ultimate beach getaway. Discover Stone town, go on the spice tour, visit prison island or simply just relax by the beautiful beaches.
