Part one of the two part documentary Half the Sky premiered on PBS last night. It builds off the book of the same name written by Sheryl WuDunn and Nick Kristof. Six celebs travel to 9 countries to help tell the stories of women who are fighting oppression. For those of you who missed it last night (I am included in the crowd) you can watch the full first part above or go to the PBS site to watch it there.

Part two premieres tonight. Both videos will be available for one week on the PBS website for viewing.
